1 - General public applying for 2012 Fair tickets.

Tuesday 30th October 2012 10am – 4pm. £6 online or £7 on the door.

Wednesday 31st October 2012 10am – 4pm. £6 online or £7 on the door.

2 - Stallholders Applications for 2012 tables.

Stallholder Applications Information:

The footfall through the door for 2011 Fair was in excess of 2000.

The table price for 2012 is £100 for a single stand and £195 for a double stand. You can prebook lunches but this is an extra charge

We do not operate a two cheque system but post-dated cheques are accepted for 31st March 2012, only upon a receipt of an invitation to the Fair.

Stallholder Application for 2012

If you would like to apply for the 2012 Fair then please send me your all your details from 1st January and must arrive by 14th February 2012. Please note that we do not send out applications.

The Selection Committee meets from 1st February onwards (date not yet confirmed).

With details of your products (with prices), samples (with prices) and pictures. The more information we have the better! A picture of your stall would also be helpful.

As we are a Charity Fair, please can you enclose a large enough SAE for us to return your goods and for us to give you a reply letter.

If the letter does not have enough postage for the return of your samples, then the samples are placed on the Tombola Stall at the Fair. Unfortunately we are unable to look at websites, as there is no time with over 300 applicants to go through. We shall let you know as soon as we can (before the end of February 2012) as to whether or not you have been successful or not.
